Both have completed studies in their respective fields and gained valuable work experience, both nationally and internationally. As a result, we are well-equipped as a team to provide optimal service to our clients. In addition, we share a strong commitment to sustainability, circularity and applying innovative technologies to both achieve government climate targets and ensure financial efficiency.

Bjorn Derks
An inquisitive and group person, I inherited my passion for entrepreneurship from a young age from my parents. After graduating in real estate studies, I subsequently gained six months of international experience in the real estate world. Now I am fully enjoying entrepreneurship and making great strides together with Ward. I hope to make as many people as possible happy through our help!
Ward Reuters
From a young age, I have had a passion for building, enhanced by my education in Architecture and international experience in New Zealand. My desire to start my own business grew after this period. After working as a work planner, I co-founded Myhome-Realestate with Bjorn. I get energy from preventing people’s concerns about construction problems by bringing insight and providing good solutions.
