Garbe Institutional Capital heeft recentelijk drie winkelpanden in het winkelcentrum Dukenburg te Nijmegen overgedragen aan een particuliere belegger. In deze panden zijn vestigingen gevestigd van onder andere Amazing Oriental, Multivlaai en Scapino. Winkelcentrum Dukenburg, gelegen in het Nijmeegse stadsdeel Dukenburg, staat bekend als het grootste overdekte winkelcentrum van Gelderland. Het beslaat een totale oppervlakte van circa 25.000 vierkante meter en herbergt ongeveer honderd winkels. In de wijk Dukenburg zullen de komende jaren diverse woningbouwplannen worden gerealiseerd. Zo worden op de voormalige ROC-locatie Zwanenveld circa 450 nieuwbouwwoningen ontwikkeld. Daarnaast heeft de gemeente Nijmegen plannen om de wijk Dukenburg in de komende jaren verder te verdichten en te transformeren middels woningbouw. Garbe Institutional Capital has recently transferred three retail properties in the Dukenburg shopping center in Nijmegen to a private investor. These properties house branches of, among others, Amazing Oriental, Multivlaai and Scapino.

Shopping center Dukenburg, located in the Nijmegen district Dukenburg, is known as the largest indoor shopping center of Gelderland. It covers a total area of about 25,000 square meters and houses about one hundred stores.

Various housing plans will be realized in the Dukenburg district in the coming years. For example, at the former ROC location Zwanenveld, about 450 new homes will be developed. In addition, the municipality of Nijmegen has plans to further densify and transform the Dukenburg district in the coming years through housing construction.
